ppAllseas’ Pipeline Production Department (PPD) consists of five units: Welding and Materials Engineering, NDT Engineering, Coating Engineering, Equipment Engineering and Production Engineering. The department is responsible for the development, qualification and implementation of pipelay welding-, NDT and Field Joint Coating (FJC) procedures in line with the agreed client specifications. /p pNext to the activities related to the pipelay projects, the PPD is involved in the construction of structures, modifications and repair of vessels and platform preparations for heavy lifting by means of the development and verification of welding-, NDT- and coating procedures. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are currently looking for a Welding Engineer to join our Pipeline Production Department in Delft, the Netherlands. /p pThe Welding Engineer provides specialist know-how and is responsible for the welding activities for all project phases (tender, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning) and co‑ordinates between vessel(s) and work site(s), client, project team, departments, subcontractors, and suppliers as well as other business contacts. Depending on the work volume and complexity anticipated, the Welding Engineer will be assigned to one or more projects.
