ppOur leading start-up client is currently searching for a Senior Post Silicon Validation Engineer to lead product validation and production release of MEMS-based timing devices. Driving system-level performance improvements through cross‑functional collaboration, test automation, characterization, and failure analysis will be required. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute validation, characterization, and production release plans. /liliLead cross‑site engineering projects and coordinate with design teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners. /liliEvaluate silicon performance and recommend design improvements. /liliDevelop automated test systems, PCB platforms, and firmware for data collection and analysis. /liliPerform root‑cause analysis on product issues and drive corrective actions. /liliImprove validation processes, methodologies, and engineering best practices. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliMS/PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). /lili5+ years’ experience in semiconductor/sensor device productization. /liliExperience leading validation projects and creating verification plans. /liliKnowledge of mixed‑signal circuits and electronics lab equipment. /liliStrong programming skills in MATLAB, Python, C, and/or C++ (OOP experience preferred). /liliExperience with test automation, ATE integration, and statistical data analysis. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
