Job Description

What are you going to do as a sales operations specialist?
Support the revenue domain by ensuring data quality in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system! As a sales operations specialist, you’ll have the answer to any question or problem the team may have. With TOPdesk’s ambitious goals for the revenue domain, operational excellence will be crucial to success. If you enjoy supporting sales people to create quotes and closing opportunities and are detail-oriented and meticulous, this role could be a perfect fit for you!
As a sales operations specialist you’ll provide front-line support to the revenue organization. From managing ticket allocation to the appropriate teams to ensuring data quality through deduplication and cleaning opportunities and accounts. You’ll perform order checks on won opportunities (validating amounts, products, dates, and T&Cs), create renewals for all booked deals and support the sales team with quoting, deal structures, discount schemes, and special deal setups such as POCs and tenders.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of the revenue operations team, which is dedicated to driving growth in the revenue domain by optimizing sales processes, monitoring and forecasting business performance, and improving collaboration across revenue teams. Reporting directly to the revenue operations director, you’ll play a key role in the team’s initiatives. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders, including revenue analysts, sales, IT, and finance teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, finance, data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- You have strong experience with all systems used in revenue domains, including Dynamics, Hubspot, and Qlik.
- You have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
- You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written.
