Join our team of ambitious and driven proactive Sales Team. As Sales Manager , you will thrive to deliver and exceed all targets, whilst motivating and leading your team to maximize revenue for the hotels and surpass our guest’s expectations. What is included in your role as Sales Manager?
To drive revenue from client portfolio into PPHE Hotel Group.
Achieve social selling index target, KPI’s and targets set for managed clients
Lead customer relationships that are allocated and search out new business opportunities
To grow customer relationships and their knowledge of PPHE and to increase the level of market share
To be fully responsible for a list of corporate clients and MICE agents/clients.
Adhere to the Sales SOP and totally account manage to develop new opportunities, covering all Corporate, Groups and MICE opportunities
Create and work daily with account plans that fully integrate all actions in line with hotel and account expectations in order to meet revenue and relationship growth targets
Be a team player and also work independently on assigned projects
Work collaboratively with RHG and all other regional and commercial functions
Our dream Sales Manager will have:
Experience Managing and driving contracted business from the corporate and MICE segments working directly in the Amsterdam, Utrecht and Eindhoven markets.
Experience in the Hotel Sales or Front Office environment is preferred
A Established network of clients and agents would be useful
Able to work on your own and a self-starter.
Opera PMS and Opera S&C experience would be useful
Required to negotiate and execute contracts and agreements
