Job Description
A selection of your responsibilities within your role:
- Handling claims and statistical analysis and reporting on regular basis
- Executing Own Brand Risk assessments
- Monitor and maintain up to date information related to food safety, quality and safety certifications, analysis plan, laboratory test & audit reports
- Organize and maintain up to date documents, archived online in the collaboration room and Databank Systems (products, traceability and suppliers) of Rotterdam Trading Office
- Schedule first delivery check and pre-shipment check, archiving and follow up pre-shipment checklists

Qualifications
If you are…
- If you are good at communication, are ready for new experiences and engaged to reach your potential
- Fluent in English (or more!)
- You can operate well in a supervised capacity and have the ability to manage your own tasks
- You are innovative and skilled in problem-solving, target, result and service oriented
Have…
- A minimum Bachelor degree in food science, food safety, quality, technical or business related field from an accredited 4-year university
- Have minimum 2 year experience in a similar role as specialist
- Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of EU Regulations on Food Safety matters

- Willing to engage with diverse perspectives in a multicultural international team
