This role interfaces closely with foundry partners, assembly and test houses, and internal teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction from NPI through high‑volume manufacturing. /p h3Product Manufacturing Quality /h3 ul liOwn quality assurance activities from NPI to production ramp‑up and HVM /li liDefine and maintain product quality plans, control plans, and acceptance criteria /li liSupport silicon qualification, characterization, and production release /li liMonitor and analyse yield, test data, and field returns, driving corrective actions /li /ul h3Supplier Partner Quality /h3 ul liManage quality interfaces with foundries, assembly and test partners, etc. /li liReview and approve process changes, PCNs, and deviation requests /li liLead supplier audits and quality reviews /li liDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone) /li /ul h3Reliability Compliance /h3 ul liSupport and review reliability qualification (e.g., JEDEC) /li liEnsure compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001. /li liContribute to customer quality requirements, audits, and escalations /li /ul h3Quality Systems Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liHelp scale the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) /li liDefine KPIs and dashboards for production and supplier quality /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain /li liSupport customer documentation (PPAP elements, quality reports, RMAs) /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field /li li5–8+ years of experience in semiconductor quality /li liHands‑on experience with production ramp‑up and volume manufacturing /li liStrong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, assembly test flows /li liYield analysis and failure analysis /li liReliability qualification methodologies /li liExperience working with external manufacturing partners /li liStructured problem‑solving skills (8D, Root Cause Analysis) /li liFluent in English /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liExperience with GNSS, RF, or mixed‑signal ICs /li liIndustrial or Automotive semiconductor background /li liFamiliarity with PPAP, JEDEC standards /li liExperience setting up quality processes in a scaling or start‑up environment /li liData analysis skills (Python, JMP, SQL, or similar) /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 ul liOwnership and Impact: We offer employee equity, giving you the opportunity to share in the success you help create. /li liWell‑being Matters: Your physical and mental health are important to us.
