Your role and responsibilities

Talk to customers – Conduct comprehensive user and market research, including competitor analysis, to identify market trends, understand persona, and uncover opportunities Being the ambassador that connects customer and market insights. Segmenting customers, knowing what delights them in our Split Systems and knowing the frustrations and problems of customers that drive them to seek something new and start that journey to become ABB E-mobility customers Becoming the storyteller for the Split Systems program, what is the position in our customers’ minds, how is that measured, what is the metrics for success in the program Evangelize your program, finding the most meaningful messages for our customers and creating the powerful stories that influence analysts, reports, and key decision makers Defining specific use cases for business segmentation GTM activities for Product Marketing at a Global level for this family of products

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing Engineering, or a related discipline). A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Charging Experience & Megawatt Charging Experience needed
  • Experience in customer journey creation
  • Experience with Figma configuration
  • 5+ years proven experience in product marketing, preferably B2B in a tech/platform capacity
  • Knowledge of product marketing methodologies and practices (e.g., Continuous Discovery) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assemble program intelligence that assists with our product positioning, identifies growth opportunities, and helps us prepare for partner discussions.
  • Drive customer-facing and sales-facing messaging and positioning
  • Work at both the strategic and tactical levels on the Split Systems Program
  • Test and refine innovative marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
  • Define business metrics and measurement plan (OKRs)
