Description Be the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR related questions and cases Manage HR policies and projects, preparing and implementing them, as well as follow-up Handle Absenteeism in different situations, such as preparing beforehand and trying to reduce it Responsible for recruitment process, from scheduling, participating in interviews, on-boarding and administration First point of contact for external stakeholders
