Job Description
A selection of your responsibilities within your mission:
- Ensuring administrative support within People & Culture, incl. employee support, such as:
- Processing of absenteeism’s according to company guidelines
- Preparation of hiring documentation
- General communication within trading office
- Point of contact for People & Culture Center Makro Netherlands and Dutch authorities
- Flight arrangements for staff via booking system
- Support on processes in Performance and Talent Management/MPower (Metro program), evaluation task creation, assignment (mandatory) trainings, support managers, problem solving etc.
- Organizational support on:
- Onboarding
- Time & Attendance
- Booking of trainings
- organizing team events, anniversaries etc.
- Support P&C Manager with any other company side-projects
- and more..
And:
- Recruitment:
- Posting vacancies on job-boards (via SR-system) and LinkedIn
- Job-post monitoring and CV screening
- Negotiation and contact with recruiters
Or:
- Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs together with managers
- Ensuring mandatory company trainings
- Preparation of trainings (align with managers, invite trainees, provide facilities & materials)
Qualifications
If you are…
- Communicatively strong
- Advanced in Microsoft 365 package
- Acquainted with Human Resources (labour relations etc.)
- Committed to company values, principles and team engagement
- Discrete, self-disciplined and able to work independently
- Have affinity working with many different cultures
- Pro-active and assertive
- Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch.
