As an Marketing and Sales Support Coordinato r for Commercial Branding and Transportation Division , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Collaborating and supporting the Marketing team and the Sales team in EMEA on various business critical activities such as:

  • Budget planning, PO raising and management for AdMerch, External Services and Department costs.
  • Events, fairs, trade shows, in house customer events, webinars: support their organization, handling logistics, coordinating samples and sales tools shipments, post event follow-ups.
  • Samples and Marketing materials ordering and fulfillment: transitioning to new processes, leveraging HH Global and other vendors: setting up locations, organizing deliveries, replenishment orders. Handling new product launch material. Handling new product orders via Intercompany process (POs, shipping, liaising with Trade Compliance).
  • Your Skills and Expertise

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Professional education and experience level in Business Support and/or Marketing Support
  • Customer-focused mindset, service-oriented
  • Advanced organizational skills (Hands-on, self starter and proactive attitude)
  • Driven by project execution with attention to details
  • Excellent collaboration (cross-functional) and strong communication skills
  • English – Fluent
  • Location: in one of 3M locations mentioned in job posting
