As an HR Business Partner, you will work on an assigned unit of the company where you strive to improve processes, employee relationship with management and work on different projects to bring the best of people and strive to positive changes within the company.
Description
- Support performance management, L&D, case management, and other projects
- Be first point of contact and build great relationships with stakeholders
- Answer questions from management and employees of assigned unit
- Advice management on best practises business wise and employee related situations
- Actively participate with the HR team to develop programs and company policies
- Work in projects within HR for the European offices
