dsm-firmenich’s Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) Division Ingredient Solutions is a leading global supplier of food enzymes, cultures, taste and health ingredients and other specialties for many of the leading global and local dairy, baking, beverages, and savory food brands.
We are currently looking for a Category Manager Hydrocolloids / Biogums.
As a Category Manager Hydrocolloids / Biogums, you develop and drive the global product strategy for the category to ensure the realization of the global Hydrocolloids Biogums strategic objectives set by the business.
You steer both P&L on behalf of the owner by managing and coordinating short-term activities across segments and functions to ensure end-to-end alignment and asset optimization. This position provides overall direction and structure to the category. Its focus is strategic planning, tactical as well as operational steering through the management team of the category.
