Account Manager Baking & Confectionary

Key Responsibilities
Take over responsibility and further develop at existing customers success a GKA in the Baking area possible.
Set up, coordinate & execute specific Accounts tactics & plans to realize pre-defined/agreed sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term.
Contribute and implement the develop sales plan, both strategically and tactically.
Work in closed contact with our Technical Service Manager, Product Application Experts, Customer Service Desk Agent and Business manager Baking & Confectionary.
Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account to speed up development and brick wall running business.
Define and implement projects with focus on key products, processes, innovation and decide on clear PMP structure and accountabilities.
Lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts/yearly supply agreement.
Monitor the complaint process and ensure an appropriate complaint settlement with the account within the agreed timeline.

In the Netherlands, based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 76,594 to € 109,420 per year (based on fulltime, including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits (25 holiday days, bonus, etc). For other countries we will share info during the screening process.
You Bring
A relevant Master’s university Degree, or equivalent level based on work experience.
Experience/network in Baking and fine Baking industry, ideally with Food Ingredients sales.
Experience working across Western Europe countries preferable France.
Strong experience from a similar international, commercial position in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to translate regional strategy to local market’ needs.
Strong customer orientation ideally with Account Management / GKA Management M experience.
Strong planning, collaboration and influencing skills.
Fluent in English & French all written and spoken. German would be complimentary.
