As a MEMS Development Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem solving skills to design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and develop and build our clients next-generation of MEMS products. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign MEMS devices and characterize their electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance /liliExtend and enhance the automated infrastructure for MEMS design, data collection and analysis /liliDesign, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials and fabrication /liliInterface with local and overseas vendors /liliWork in cross-functional Engineering teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging /liliClearly communicate technical results and their impact /liliAdvise management of challenges, needs, and recommendations /liliSupervise and train colleagues as requested /liliDrive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed /li /ulh3Qualifications Requirements /h3ulliPhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent /lili2+ year post-graduate experience in MEMS or directly relevant field /liliExperience designing and conducting lab experiments preferred /liliRF measurement experience preferred /liliProficient coder. MATLAB and measurement automation experience preferred. /liliFinite Element Simulation experience preferred /liliPrinted circuit board design experience and oscillator fundamentals preferred /liliExcellent critical thinking and strong organizational skills /liliClear and concise scientific communication /liliAbility to work well with others in a collaborative fast-paced team environment /li /ulpInterested in this position?
